Fresh Start

Starting Monday I will start my new job, school, and workout schedule! Monday, Wednesday, Friday will be yoga from Yogis Anonymous while on Tuesday and Thursday is cardio. Hopefully I will be able to still eat well with a full schedule now. If you have any suggestions on cardio workouts or interval training let me know =)!
